RCHM Membership Application Process
Thank you for your interest in applying for the RCHM. After you have paid your fee, you will be taken to the Application Pack form, where we will ask for details of your qualifications and experience, and request your case histories and references.
RCHM Membership
Interview Route
Thank you for your interest in joining the Register of Chinese Herbal Medicine. This route is for practitioners who have not graduated from an EHTPA-accredited course within the last 24 months, and allows the RCHM Council to properly assess your qualifications and experience through case histories, references and an interview.
The Application Fee — £300
To begin your application, please pay the application fee of £300. This gives you access to your Application Pack, which contains everything you need to complete your submission.
What's in the pack
Your Application Pack is an online form where you will be asked to:
Answer a series of questions about your qualifications, training and professional experience
Upload two written case histories
Upload two professional references, at least one of whom must be qualified in Chinese Herbal Medicine
Why join the RCHM
RCHM membership gives you a listing on our public Register, use of the RCHM and EHTPA Herbmark logos, access to reduced-rate professional insurance, and connection to a supportive UK-wide community of Chinese herbal medicine practitioners.
What happens next
Once you have submitted your completed pack, our office will review your application in full. If your case histories and references meet our requirements, you will be invited to book an interview, conducted via Zoom, at a time that suits you. There is no further fee at this stage.
